Terms & Conditions
By booking with Rivers Apartments & Hotel and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to the terms & conditions and all the Property Rules.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or evict guests from the property who are deemed by management to be:
• Using or under the influence of drugs.
• Behaving in a socially unacceptable way.
• Causing damage.
• Disturbing other guests.
• Concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal.
• Using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Property Rules.
• No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• May cause damage to the property of Rivers Apartments or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
If you intend on arriving at Rivers Apartments and Hotel after 5 pm then please contact reception on (03) 5144 3222 to organise a late check in.
